Apartment with 2 rooms in a 2nd. Floor, clear, fresh and ventilated. It is very centrally located in Old Havana, it is 100 meters from Parque de la Fraternidad and less than 300 meters from the Capitol.
Around there are private and state restaurants, with easy communication for the entire city both with private and collective transport, you can also visit the entire city center on foot.
The apartment consists of a room with a balcony facing the street, 2 rooms each with a new and private bathroom inside that has hot and cold water 24 hours a day, the rooms have windows with sunlight, have privacy, have a minibar each one, and they have a small table with two chairs. The first room has a double bed and the second has two beds, one double and one personal. The first room has capacity for two people and the second for three.
At the end there is a comfortable dining room and a kitchen where guests can use it for light things.
The house offers breakfast and dinner service, both of magnificent quality at a cost of: breakfast €5 per person and dinner €10.

About the Area
The house is located in the center of the city, very close to Parque de la Fraternidad and the Capitol. Around there are different shopping centers, private and state restaurants, also near the house is the Train Terminal.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
