EN: Our colonial-style house offers you independent space for your comfort and enjoyment. The room has a private entrance, a cozy bed and a private bathroom with hot water 24/7. There is air conditioning, safe for valuables, cable TV, pantry with refrigerator, kitchen, sink and kitchen utensils.
It is located in the heart of Old Havana, our Lamparilla street is full of history. From your room you can walk everywhere and explore our beautiful city. The family lives next door and will happily welcome you!
Accommodation
The room has everything you need to enjoy and be comfortable during your stay.
In the fridge we usually put water, beer and soft drinks. Be sure to check our price list for cost when you choose something.
You also have an induction cooker and kitchen utensils if you want to prepare breakfast or any other meal. If you want to try the authentic cooking of the family, you can also check our menu and prices. It will be a pleasure for us to make you taste the real Cuban food!

You will have your own private space, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. You can also enjoy the fresh air in our patio space. We offer a non-smoking environment, so smoking is not allowed inside the bedroom. If you smoke you can use our patio for that.
The rest of the house is at your disposal, e.g. eg: living room, dining room.

We can also wash your clothes for a small charge.
When you arrive you will have fresh sheets, if you want to change something, just let us know!

Alfredo es una persona muy cordial, simpática, abierta, que considera la hospitalidad de suma importancia. La casa es exactamente como se describe y se muestra y está ubicada justo en el centro antiguo de La Habana. Un buen lugar para dormir unos días.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
