About the Homestay
Comfortable apartment on a 17th floor with views of the sea and the city. Located in the central neighborhood of El Vedado, from our building it is very easy to get anywhere in Havana. Be very welcome!
The two rooms have an ocean view and an independent bathroom with hot and cold water all day. TV, refrigerator, comfortable beds, air conditioning and fan.
Arriving from the airport is easy, the reference is Linea and E. If you wish we can send you a taxi to pick you up for a price of 25-30 CUC, according to the time of your arrival.
The apartment is one minute from Calle Línea, easy and direct way to the most frequented places of Havana, apart from the enjoyment of walking through the Vedado, including the Malecón, which is only 5 minutes (4 blocks), around There are several Restaurants (Paladares) for all tastes and budgets, including one on the 11th floor of our building called "Porto Habana".
El Vedado is a quiet and very central neighborhood where you can walk freely and safely at any time of the day or night. There are many restaurants with varied meals, bars, nightclubs, theaters and museums.
Many taxis travel along Linea Street and take them to all the places of interest in Havana.
We are always available for any need of our guests.
We speak Spanish and English at home will have the amenities you need for a pleasant and secure stay, we like the kitchen and if you have any favorite dish you can make at home or you do one to you. If you rent a car we have secured parking. Everything is thought for the stay of our guests and remember EVERYTHING IS NEAR!

About the Area
Our apartment is located in the Vedado, central district of Havana, from where you can easily access all parts of the city, one of the main streets, called Linea, passes by the corner of the building and walking to 5 minutes is the Havanan boardwalk that borders the entire city.
In 10 minutes by taxi you are in Old Havana, Historical center of the city. Only 20 minutes from Playas del Este, five theaters are located around the apartment (Havana is a cultural city), hotels like the Meliá Cohiba and the Presidente provide services for their communication via wifi and tourist excursions.

Our apartment is very private and quiet, we strive for our guests to have a safe and pleasant stay so we hope they are respectful and take care of the house and the objects in it. The apartment has a security camera in the lobby and the building has a doorman. Visits to the house of people not authorized by the owners are not allowed in this way the security of the guests and the home in general is taken care of.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
