Two independent apartments on the upper floor of our house, we are located 50 meters from the beach, in the middle of the tourist area of Guanabo. Each has a bedroom with air conditioning, private bathroom, terrace and kitchenette. Apartment 1 also has a dining room. Together they can also be used as a two bedroom apartment. The house also has a roof top patio for shared use.
When we have guests we are downstairs at all times, we respect the privacy of the guests however we will enjoy giving them any help they may need and talking about any matters they are interested in.

About the Area
Guanabo is a small town beside the beach in Playas del Este. It is only 25 km (30 minutes) from the Old Town in Havana.
Our house is located 50 meters from the beach, in the middle of the tourist and commercial area of our city. Within a 400 meter radio you can find: 6 restaurants, 2 markets, a bakery, two banks, 2 pharmacies, a tourist information office (Infotur), a telecommunications provider office (Etecsa), a gas station, a souvenirs markrt and more than 10 cafeterias.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
-We expect that our guests are quiet persons that come to our house willing to enjoy our beach and other entertainment and culinary options of our town as well as to know more about Cuba, its culture and its people.
-We don´t allow our guests to receive visitors in our house.
-It is not allowed to make noise or to play music in such way that can disturb the neighbors or the other guests.
-Check in time: 3:00 PM
Check out time 12:00 M.
-To be able to check-in every one of tlhe guests (including minors) should show it's original passport (the same one showed in the airport at it's arrival to Cuba)
-If you are going to request a reservation please let us know a little bit about each one of our future guests (age range, sex, country, relationship between each other.....) and confirm us in writing that every one of you read and accept our house rules.

Gastvrije mensen. Zeer behulpzaam. Communicatief. Voor ons de eerste nacht in Cuba zeer prettig en leerzaam. Kamers waren zoals je in Cuba mag verwachten, dus prima. Goed gevoel.

Excellent service. Very clean. Few meters from the beach. Hosts are helpful and made all efforts to answer our questions and guide us. Would love to go back!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
