Apartment located in the third floor on a building in the border of the residential neighborhood of Miramar with a wonderful view of the city.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, each room is provided with A / C, queen size bed and closet.
Also the house has kitchen, spacious living room with dinner area, bath, balcony and garage.
Also the house is equipped with microwave, iron, TV, stereo and washing machine for a very comfortable stay.
The house is located in a perfect please discovery to Havana where you will be incendio take the typical collective taxi (almendron) to reach Old Havana in 15 minutes with only 0.50 CUC or the tourist bus tour with 5 CUC That you can do to complete tour of the city.
Nearby the house you have: cadeca, bank, restaurants as 4 Caminos, El Canon de 41 etc, night clubs as La Tropical (each Sunday in tradicional concert with the most famous Cuban songers), La Casa de la Musica de Miramar, Bolahabana, La Ciguena, Fusion Havana, etc.
Hotels as Hotel Kholy (far only 400 meters) where you can use the swimming pool, wi-fi, sauna, gym and massage (extras) for relaxing moments.
Also nearby supermarkets, cafes and bars.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
