Welcome to "The house of Inelia and Ulises"!!!
The space we rent is located on the top floor and is independent of the house, it has its own entrance. The staircase is wide and easy to climb.
Very spacious bedroom; overlooking the street, air-conditioned (with split-type air conditioning) and TV, it also has very good lighting and natural ventilation.
The bathroom is inside the bedroom; with hot and cold water under pressure, guaranteed hygiene and total privacy. It has a kitchen - dining room, which is for the exclusive use of guests. If you want to prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can do it to your liking, since the kitchen that we offer is equipped with everything you need and is for the use of the visitor only.

Access to the apartment is independent from the house and the area we rent is for the exclusive use of our guests.
We offer very cheap breakfast service, prepared in the house with fruits and natural products.

About the Area
Our house is located northwest of the city, less than a mile from the coast where we usually go for a sun or sea bath at any time of the year.
Three blocks away are avenues where buses, economic taxis and all types of transport circulate.
The room we rented is located on the top floor, the stairs are comfortable and safe.
The hosts live on the ground floor of the house.
There is a gym 20 meters away.

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

No smoking inside the bedroom, if outside.
Guests must show their passport upon arrival at the accommodation, in order to be seated in the guest register.
Take care of everything that is offered for your enjoyment and stay happy in our home.
No drugs, fights or talking too loudly.
You can receive visits but not parties or meetings with friends.
It will be a pleasure to receive it in our house and you will see that everything will work wonders!
Oh and if you have any questions related to the rules of the house, please ask, with pleasure we will answer all your questions.

Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
