Our house is located in the Historic Center, this area for its great historical and cultural value is the destination of most tourists who visit the country.
We are very close to the most attractive and important places in the city, where tourists can visit places such as: the Malecón Habanero, La Bodeguita del Medio, La Catedral, La Plaza Vieja, Floridita Bar, Gran Teatro de la Habana, El Capitolio, all the important Museums, and infinity of Bars, Restaurants, stores, parks with access to Internet, Hotels, to all these places can arrive walking which represents a saving in its economy.
Our house was built in 1908, is ventilated, has a window in the room a balcony where you can appreciate a nice view, you can use the kitchen if you want to cook, there is a parking 100 meters from the house if you rent a car, It is a very safe and quiet area known as La Loma del Angel, on the corner is the Church of Santo Angel, there is a well-known and visited by many tourists called La 5 Esquinas Trattoria, is a pizzeria recognized by Tripadvisor .
Our family is made up of 3 people, my husband, my son and I who are the owner, we will always guarantee a good service, a happy stay, because our goal is that the client leaves satisfied and with a nice memory of their Holidays in our country and make them feel like family.

You can not smoke in the rooms.
No consumption of prohibited substances.
If you break any equipment or object in the home, you must pay a fair cost.
Visits of Cuban or Cuban girls, minors or adults are not accepted.
It is not acceptable either to visit foreigners, exclusively relatives of the people who are rented and must inform the owner.
The departure from the room on the last day of your stay would be at 12 noon, but I can keep your luggage until your departure for the airport.
It is not allowed to use the house to make any type of video clip or documentary, film, etc.
You can not do any kind of business inside the house.
No parties or listening to music in a high tone.
We only think about your safety and ours so that your stay in our home is happy.

If you want perfect stay in Havana, this is the right place! Very nice and hartwarming people, clean and nice house, very comfy. We enjoyed in our stay there. Breakfast was really delicious. They were so helpfull, they told us where are the best places to go, what to see...Location is the best!! You are in the very nice and quiet neibourhood, in the centar of Old Havana. It was my husband´s birthday and Barbara helped me with the surprise, thank her sooooo much!!! We will recommend this place to everyone!!!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
