Rent private home in Playa La Boca, just 5 kms from the city of Trinidad. It is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, 100 m or 3 minutes walk from the beach and river. The property has a portal, fully equipped Copina and a beautiful garden with hammocks where you can enjoy the gentle breezes from the coast. Upon arrival guests are greeted with a fruit cocktail or free welcome drink. Martin, the owner, is fluent in Spanish, English and French. It has only one level and has 2 spacious air-conditioned rooms, with several windows. The bathroom is shared between the rooms and is equipped with everything you need for personal hygiene such as towels, shampoo, soap and toilet paper. A courtyard garden, fruit trees and hammocks make this ideal for people who want to enjoy a vacation in Cuba's tropical Caribbean paradise. There is a TV in the room.
Many amenities included in the price of lodging of equipment for sports and recreational activities make this very tentative offer: 4 brand bikes (Marin, Peugeot, CCM and Giant), all kinds of games, diving equipment for children and adults, fishing rod, boat to sail down the river, tents, hiking equipment and hiking, lifeguard, mattresses and a parking for up to 4 cars. Cleaning services, laundry, kitchen, maid may be offered at the request of guests and offer prices beyond the cost of the room, although they can be undertaken by the customer because the house is equipped with everything needed to live safely and privacy. Martin Reserve and inform your arrival time and will be expected at the point of arrival.

House Rules
The rooms are not rented separately. The whole house is rented. Children are allowed, we can arrange a nanny in case you want or need to leave and leave the children at home.
Smoking is permitted, but smoking inside the room is not allowed.
Gays and lesbians are allowed.
It is not allowed the entrance of people outside the reserve without the authorization of the owners of the lodging.
No misconduct is allowed that violates morality and family functioning.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
