I live in an excellent apartment in the center of the city, with a beautiful panoramic view, where you can see the sea, my apartment is comfortable, where you can see a style that is very typical of our daily life, nothing luxurious but very clean and organized, I have two spacious rooms with their private bathroom each, hot and cold water and good comfort, in addition the guest has access to the living room, the dining room and the terrace that breathes fresh air, since I am surrounded by trees and beautiful garden, it has everything well created for a pleasant stay, our language is Spanish, but I have knowledge in Italian, my husband speaks German and English. There is no lack of water or electricity since it is located in a residential neighborhood.

- You will be given an entrance key as well as in your room.
- The loss of the keys supposes the payment of 5.00 EUR
- Smoking is prohibited inside the room.
- We have a smoking area.
- We offer the full breakfast service at a cost of EUR 7.00 per person, which consists of. Tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, vegetable salad, ham, cheese, fried egg or omelette, natural fruits and natural fruit juice.
The Via Azul Agency is located 1 km away, which is in charge of transferring all tourism to provinces such as Trinidad, Viñales, Cienfuegos, etc... So you can make a reservation for one night or more if you wish .
Here I send you some important places in the surroundings:
- 500m away, is the Hotel Presidente, there you can take a Bus-Transtur, which offers a very interesting tour of Vedado, Plaza de la Revolución, Colón Cemetery, and other interesting places, which you can determine and get off to take a mojito in a restaurant, and with that ticket you have the right to another Bus, you arrive in Old Havana, Historic Center.

This neighborhood is not exclusively touristy, here you can discover how the Cuban lives on a daily basis, typical Cuban food restaurants, discos and clubs with popular Cuban music, it is your opportunity to get to know the town and its heterogeneity.

About the Area
Our house is located north of the city, a very quiet and safe area. Its privileged location allows the transfer on foot, via the boardwalk, to Old Havana and the Historic Center, or through public transport, which runs through the boardwalk itself or through Línea Street, where you can board the well-known "Almendrones" " The beaches of East Havana are 25 minutes away by car. We are 20 minutes by car from the airport. The bus stops are only 2 minutes away on foot, but I have very close the main hotels and large avenues that you will enjoy walking and enjoying the fresh air of the Havanan boardwalk.

Eva y su familia son los mejores anfitriones que puedas encontrar en La Habana.
La amabilidad, la limpieza de la casa, la ubicación, la terraza con vistas al mar han hecho que nuestro viaje a La Habana no fuese lo mismo sin ella. Ellos nos dieron solución a todas la dificultades que puede encontrarse un turista en Cuba.
Sin duda, es la mejor opción posible para alojarse en esa preciosa ciudad y sentirse como en tu propia casa. No hay palabras para describirlo.

Sehr gastfreundlich, tolle Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Sie haben auf unsere Privatsphäre geachtet und waren immer sehr hilfsbereit zum Beispiel bei der Organisation des Mietwagens. Sehr zu empfehlen, danke Eva und Felix für diesen tollen Start in unseren Urlaub.

De toutes les casas qui nous ont hébergés c’est celle de Eva et Félix dans laquelle nous nous sommes le plus sentis chez nous...ou plutôt, chez des amis ! Chaleureux, disponibles, toujours disposés à nous fournir les bonnes informations, nos hôtes nous ont aussi gâtés de repas délicieux autant que copieux. Ainsi avons nous décidé de revenir chez eux avant notre départ ! Nous les recommandons très chaleureusement.

I stayed an initial 3 weeks with Eva and Felix and i am there again for the weekend. The flat is lovely with the balcony overlooking a beautiful garden next door and you can glimpse the sea. The room is light airy and spacious, spotlessly clean. Eva changed my sheets every few days and even the curtains are washed regularly. The bathroom is spacious and light with hot water always available. Breakfast was great and you can eat while looking at the garden. The family were so kind to me and helped with me everything i needed. Vedado is an interesting and beautiful area to explore with an amazing mix of building types. Lots of good restaurants and museums. I was unwell for a while and i felt so grateful to be at such a kind house (also the international clinic is very close) Eva is also an excellent cook so if she offers you a meal don’t turn it down!

Eva and her husband are two lovely, charming and really nice hosts! They answered every question I had and treated me like a good old friend. The room was very clean and spacious, Eva cleaned it Evelyn dax and Tool real good care that everything looks tidied up. I really enjoyed staying with them and can highly recommend to stay with them if you need a lovely casa in havana!

Wir verbrachten drei tolle Tage in Eva's Casa. Eva ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Casa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick vom Balkon. Auch das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank Eva.

Eva and Felix were such forthcoming, helpful and nice hosts. We have no hesitations in giving our best recommendation to them. They both did their best to make our stay at Cuba pleasant, and it sure was a great adventure.
Their apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable and situated in a nice, quiet district of Havana, but still comfortably close to the city centre. The best restaurants we visited in Havana were those close to the apartment.

Hemos estado un par de veces, y varios días, en casa de Eva y su familia. Son una familia genial y agradable, siempre guardaremos un recuerdo muy afectuoso de nuestras tardes en conversando en su terraza.
La habitación es muy amplia e increíblemente límpia -como el resto del piso- y la zona, Vedado, es sin duda nuestra favorita de La Habana.Fue un placer compartir nuestros días con ellos y guardaremos un gran recuerdo siempre! Esperamos volver pronto, y esta vez ser tres :)

It was our first visit to Kuba and for the first time in this tip of accommodation. It was the right choice. Eva and her family are the great hosts, lovely people. Room is so comfortable, as well as bathroom. And sooo clean. But, the view from the balcony, absolutely gorgeous.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
