We invite you to enjoy our comfortable and independent apartment located in Vedado. It is located on the top floor of a three-story building leaving the greatest privacy to our apartment. This is composed of a small room very ventilated and illuminated from which you can discover a part of the city, together a kitchen equipped with what is necessary for customers to prepare their food if they wish, plus a laundry area. Also two large, air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms each. The bathrooms have cold and hot water with the provisioning service included. One of the rooms is on the second floor of the apartment, it contains a terrace that enjoys beautiful views from which you can see the emblematic Plaza de la Revolución.
The apartment is close to the National Theater, the busy avenue Paseo, cultural center La Plaza de 31 y 2 and the Café Cantante of the National Theater known for its famous music clubs, attended by numerous artists who guarantee an evening of Cuban dance and music.
Our family lives next to the property and we are available to offer guidance and assistance to our guests during their stay in the duplex. We also have a fixed telephone enabled with which you can find us in case of any doubt or request.

About the Area
El Vedado is the most central area of the Province of Havana, where you will find the largest number of tourist attractions in the city, cultural and nightlife centers, as well as luxury cafes and restaurants. The city's nightlife is mostly developed here.
The apartment is close to 23rd Avenue where there are many cafes, bars, candy stores and many bus and taxi routes that run through the city and reach the beaches of the East which is only 15 minutes by direct car.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
