Independent apartment on the first level with excellent condition and fully air-conditioned, privacy, security and friendly atmosphere are its distinction. It has a multipurpose room, a room with double and single bed, closet, bathroom equipped service hot and cold water; incluyeTV, Divide, refrigerators and microwaves.
It is located in the heart of the city a few meters from Central Park Leoncio Vidal and Boulevard. In a privileged area of the city of Santa Clara, finding around churches (Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Charity in the Great Church Travel inaugurated on December 8, 2014), hotels, hostels, pool, shopping centers, shops, cafes, creameries, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, museums, cultural centers (Centro Arte-Institution cultural El Mejunje), theaters (Emblematic Theater Charity), cinemas, banks, ATMs, focused Internet browsing, historical sites (Joint Ernesto Che Guevara Memorial Sculpture, Monument armored train) among others.
Approximately 10 minutes from the international airport of the city, 30 minutes from the Hanabanilla and Nicho, 40 minutes from the city of Cienfuegos, 1 hour from the city of Trinidad and 1 hour of Cayería northeast of Villa Clara.
In addition additionally taxi services (pick anywhere on the island), parking cars, breakfast, dinner and drinks (at your option), laundry and guides are offered to explore the city or visit the many options that are close city, telephone and internet access. For your image and personal care massage services and exercise gym a few meters, hair and nails arrangements.
We are a family of four, my wife and our two children. These still studying, my wife is Msc. And I am Msc Degree Ing. Industrial. We live in another apartment that is independent and located above this.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
