Hello! My name is Gloria and my passion is travel! Passion that for 32 years has also become my profession .. First, at Cuba, where I was born, and for the last 24 years as a travel agent in Italy, which is my second home. .... travelling around the world .. travel..always travel... and now I'm ready to be your host, travel consultant and guide in Santa Clara, my hometown ... along with Gabriele, my partner Fiorentino, large traveler, who always brings with him the love for his beautiful city, Florence, the delightful flavors of Tuscan cuisine and its decades of experience as a restaurateur. Our motto is "mi casa es tu casa" .. and we would like to make you feel "at home" and make you fall in love with this land ! We look forward to welcome you in our relaxing terrace!
My place is a colonial style house located in the heart of Santa Clara city. The house, built in 1930 was completely renovated in 2016.
The entrance, a white marble staircase, bright windows, high ceilings, colorful original floors .. They will take you, from the first moment, to the excitement and charm of colonial Cuba.
Cozy and sober four double bedrooms, equipped with all comforts .. Relaxing and Caribbean, the wide, green, garden terrace where you can taste delicious breakfasts and diners, excellent drinks or simply idleness swinging in a hammock ..
Just steps from us you will find the main attractions of the city: La Piazza "Leoncio Vidal" The Theatre "La Caridad", The Museum of Art, The Cultural Centre "Santa Rosalia", banks, bars, restaurants, travel agencies, pharmacies, shops .. just 2 km away is the Piazza and Ernesto Che Guevara Mausoleum and the Monument to the "armored train". 10 km from the International Airport "Abel Santa Maria".
Also for our guests it is reserved a laundry service, excursions reservations, taxi and massage. Possibility of parking nearby.
Santa Clara is a 'good starting point for visiting the center of Isla Grande!
We are only 45 km from the picturesque town of Remedios, the eighth villa founded by the Spanish, to 100 km from the spectacular beaches of the North of Villa Clara, the archipelago called "the white rose of the king's gardens", beaches and seabed of the most beautiful .. all of Cuba Cayo Ensenachos, Cayo Santa Maria, Cayo Las Brujas .. 30 km from the mountain range of 'Escambray, from Lake Hanabanilla .. 78 km away from the Nicho Falls and 80 km from the beautiful city of Cienfuegos .. a 276 km from Havana, the capital, and its international airport, Jose Marti.

Accommodation suitable for couples; couples on their honeymoon, families with one child. Not suitable for disabled handicapp. The house is located on the first floor without elevator (28 steps)

Gloria was a great host with good advices in super english. The house is lovely furnished and the food was amazing and adjusted to our nutrition. The terrace has lots of plants and in the upper part you can swing over the roofs of Santa Clara in the hammocks. Thank you
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
