About the Area
Our house is located in the center of the city of Santa Clara two blocks from Parque Vidal (central park), one block from the Boulevard and relatively close to the Sculpture Complex Ernesto Guevara, in addition to being only a few meters from the popular Factory Of Tobacco from Villa Clara. It is a comfortable and safe place to spend an unforgettable holiday.

mi estadía fue excelente en la casa de Niurka, un lugar excelente, limpio y tranquilo, niurka y su familia fueron muy serviciales e hicieron todo lo posible para que mi estancia fuera cómoda con una gran experiencia para mí, recomendaré encarecidamente esta casa para todos los que quieran visitar santa clara, mis saludo y mi agradecimiento a niurka y su familia por la ayuda y apoyo para que mi estadía sea agradable,

Excellent experience at Niurka's - a warm and friendly welcome with a glass of local rum shared with Elisabeth and her boyfriend at night, an extremely clean and spacious room, a great and tasty breakfast and a strategic location in the heart of Santa Clara. I would confidently recommend anyone to stay at Niurka's place to make the most of Santa Clara ;)

La maison de Niurka est très bien située, très proche du parque central de Santa Clara. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Et surtout, Niurka et toute sa famille sont très accueillants et serviables. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps, pour échanger et discuter avec eux. Merci encore pour tout!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
