- Casa Mercy has two spacious double rooms on the second floor with air conditioning and private bathroom; separated from the rest of the house.

- Very central and clean house run by experienced hosts, Omelio (engineer) and Mercedes (social worker) Moreno and family, who speak several languages (English, Italian and French, etc) and are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
- Two bright rooms, upstairs, overlooking the street, private and separate from the rest of the house, two double beds (good mattresses) in one room and double bed and single in the other, good home cooking, vegetarians and children catered for, cocktail menu and rum tasting, a homely atmosphere and a delightful roof terrace with view of the Che mausoleum in the distance.

House Rules
Wishing you a pleasant stay, we expect your cooperation in the following aspects:
• Check in time is after 1400hrs and check-out time is at 1130hrs. Leaving between 1200 and 1800hrs involves a charge of half the cost of the room. Leaving after 1800hrs involves a charge of the full rate.
• For your safety, lock your room whenever you leave it.
• Visitors are allowed from 1300 until 2200hrs. They must fill in the registration form at the entrance. They are not allowed to enter the room. They can only stay in common areas (LIVING ROOMS AND TERRACES).
• Drugs are not allowed in our hostel. The use of drugs in Cuba is illegal.

- Do not forget to leave the room keys before leaving.
- Do not smoke in the rooms.
- Take care of our building and our electronic devices.
- Stay in calm from 2200 to 0800hrs in his room.
- All rooms must be cleaned between 1100 and 1400hrs, help us releasing the room as soon as possible.
Information of interest
• You can pay for your room at check in time.
• You can pay in Euros, USD, or Pounds, according to the current rate.
• If you decide to extend your stay let us know before 0900 hrs.
• Both breakfast (0630 - 1100hrs) must be ordered in advance.
• Both the cocktails and snacks can be ordered at the time. We serve them where the customer prefers.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
