The hostel Roberto y Lidia is an apartment that is located on the second level of a family house. It is located in the center of the city of Santa Clara, it is perfect for families and for two couples of friends. The entrance to the apartment is by access staircase in the hall, the only common space with the family. The entire apartment is independent and for the exclusive use of guests who book accommodation, where privacy, comfort and security are guaranteed. The beds are distributed as follows: two single beds in one room, another double bed is located in another continuous area and connected to the previous one, both separated by a wall with an entrance door. Inside a bathroom, for private use for customers, with permanent supply of cold and hot water. Only one of the premises is air-conditioned with an air conditioning system, but both are ventilated with standing fans and large windows that allow the entry of fresh tropical air. There is WIFI connection inside the house.
Roberto and Lidia, the hosts, prepare exquisite dishes with typical Cuban recipes, which can be requested previously by the clients of the house. They also offer and coordinate services with the modern taxi of Wilfredo, who also lives in this house. Among the offers they make are: the transfer or pick up at the Santa Clara airport, City Tour of the city of Santa Clara, especially the Che Monument, the historic train that Che and his troops took. Excursions on the day, round trip, with a trip duration of only 1 h 20 min to the paradisiacal beaches of Cayo Santa María. They also propose the excursion to San Juan de Remedios and many more options. The house phone can be used for free to make local calls and to contact the next destination. Inform the family of your arrival time and it will be awaited at the point of arrival, if you wish.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
