Hostal Casa SolAire are two private apartments each with its own bathroom and terraces, all designed in detail, for an excellent family stay. Its Sanitization is excellent. It is located in a very happy, quiet, picturesque, safe place, close to the center and historical places such as: La Loma del Capiro, La Toma del Tren armored, The statue of Ché de los niños, The Revolution Museum cafeteria, The Sabor Arte Restaurant , The Good Trip Market). The most outstanding and enjoyable thing is its Natural Viewpoint, with spectacular panoramic views of the entire city of Santa Clara, from which we recommend seeing the beautiful spectacle of bird migration in the afternoon, unique in Cuba, as well as a beautiful sunset.
Its owners are very professional in their work, responsible and hospitable.
The apartments comply with the protocols for a safer, more hygienic and healthy tourism. Its entrance is completely independent, it is great to share with family and friends. I recommend it as a very good option to stay in the City of Che Guevara.
Within our rules you must comply with the cleaning measures and protocols, to avoid contagion. Maintain and take care of all the equipment and furniture that the house offers for your pleasant stay. Quiet hour is at 12 midnight.
You can receive visitors but they have the obligation to inform us before their arrival, it is necessary to register the personal data of the visitor. There are areas to share with the visitor, on the Mirador Terrace. Smoking area on the terraces and gazebo, I don't know smoking is allowed in the rooms.

About the Area
Our house is located in the Bengochea neighborhood, 25 minutes from the Abel Santa María International Airport. and only 8
minutes from the city center, and Leoncio Vidal park, we have near Casa de Cambio de dinero, Chopin and restaurants. We are close to several tourist and historical sites, such as the Loma del Capiro, the Armored Train monument, the Che statue of the children and the Museo Revolucion cafe, and a 15-minute drive from the Plaza de la Revolucion.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
