Our property has an independent one-bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and bathroom and a balcony facing the street, which shares the access with our house, built behind.
We are located less than 90 meters from the main square of the city, Parque Leoncio Vidal, in one of the main arteries that flow into it.
The balcony offers views of one of the streets closest to small commercial establishments, as well as the extensive cultural life of the City.
We are a married couple with a teenage daughter, as the two eldest live independently, although they constantly visit us and interact with our clients. However, we adjust to your interests in terms of privacy and schedules.
You can bring guests as long as they conform to the rules of the house, although parties and events are not allowed. Your pet will be welcome too.
We offer massage, taxi and laundry services at an extra cost.
We have parking space for bikes and motorcycles and, in the case of cars, we provide you with a safe place at an extra cost. If you arrive in the city in another way, we will give you the necessary instructions or we will receive you at the bus station.

About the Area
Our house is less than 90 meters from the city center, the Leoncio Vidal Park. The bus station is one kilometer away and the Abel Santamaría Airport just over 15 kilometers.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
We only demand respect for elementary rules of coexistence and care for cleaning and all the equipment and utensils at your disposal.
You can receive visitors, but not hold parties or events.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
