A large house from 1920, in the Tivolí old French neighborhood of Santiago de Cuba, in which its three rental rooms are illuminated around a central patio where the fountain, the warm breeze and the aromas complement each other to convey a sensation of full peace.
The furniture and lamps in the house are centuries old, made by local carpenters and craftsmen who, together with the ironwork, stained glass, floors and high struts, create a space where the traditional and the contemporary mix smoothly.
Roof terrace with spectacular views where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner if you wish.
The pictorial work and the maternal home of an illustrious artist of the City that open to the world to show everything that they themselves still inspire.
While enjoying refreshing cocktails and traditional drinks, feel immersed in the work of this city's illustrious artist, Miguel Ángel Botalín Pampín. Our three rooms will provide you with comfort that will transport you to another era in the middle of the treasured Santiago neighborhood. They are divided into:
- Room 1 Minisuite on the ground floor: With a beautiful direct view of the central patio of the house, it consists of a king size bed, two nightstands with lamps, television, refrigerator or minibar, two fans, split, closet, pantry and bath with hot and cold water.
- Room 2 Minisuite on the upper floor: With a green balcony facing the central patio, it consists of a king size bed, two nightstands with lamps, television, refrigerator or minibar, two fans, split, closet, pantry and bathroom with hot and cold water.
- Room 3: Located with an independent staircase on the second floor of our hostel, it consists of a king size bed and a bathroom with hot and cold water. It has a refrigerator or minibar, a clothes hanger, split unit and wall fans as well as two bedside tables with lamps.

House Rules
Please, check out of the rooms is at 12 noon. Check in is at 3 pm.
But you can always stay in our hostel before or after these times.
Please no smoking inside the rooms.
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is allowed indoors and outdoors.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
