My house is located on Pedro Manuel Street. Fritze 52.Consta of 2 floors. On the ground floor, my husband and son live. We rent the second floor that has a room with 2 beds, a camera and another staff. Private bathroom with hot and cold water, patio with laundry and permanent water in addition to being the smoking area, private dining room and star room with minibar and terrace on the third floor. Everything clean and tidy. We offer breakfast, dinner, cocktails, drinks. Laundry service, child care. Excursions, horseback riding, taxi to the beach. I speak English for the case of the client who does not speak Spanish can be helped.

About the Area
Meet Lidice, a family atmosphere and quiet.
Our family lives in a two-story house. with a teenage son and my husband. Our house is located behind the cigarette factory, on Calle Pedro Manuel Fritze 52, one block from Santo Domingo street and one from Antonio Maceo (Gutierrez), 5 minutes walk from the "Plaza Mayor", the church, Museums as well as other places of interest for tourists who visit our charming city. The second floor is rented which is composed of private room with air conditioning, fan, indoor bathroom with hot and cold water, private patio with laundry and terrace on the third floor overlooking the city. Private dining room and living room. We speak English to provide a better service.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
