10 minutes walk from the city center, but in a quiet street. Where the neighborhood kids play soccer or baseball every afternoon. Near 2 main streets. Terrace with armchairs in the background, balcony facing the street, and familiar and safe environment. In addition, the pharmacy, the international clinic and the fire station are two blocks away. And his hostess Yarahí, daughter of Cari, is a doctor. Your safety and that of your family is the most important.
The family tries to make you feel comfortable, and always respects your space. You can use any area of the house, just like us. There is space for everyone. Although usually the family prefers the first floor. The living room on the second floor, the balcony and the terrace in the back, are the best places to enjoy a book, talk, smoke ...
Internet of payment for wifi at home, is the main thing. But also, you can have breakfast and dinner here. We also make cocktails, snacks, take-away food for excursions. Almost all the gastronomic services are at your disposal.

About the Area
This street only comprises one block. It is a quiet and safe place, with little traffic, ideal for parking the car. In the surroundings there is the international clinic, a cigar factory, a primary school, the cavalry barracks of the Spanish colonial army ... Generally the tourists take pictures of the cigar rollers while they work, the Cuban pioneers in their red and blue uniforms , and the old barracks. But also, within 10 minutes walking is the Céspedes Park (downtown). Around the park there are ATMs, money exchange, banks, cigar store, rum, Cuban music and souvenirs; cafes, restaurants ... Anyway, we are in the center of the city, but in a very quiet street.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
