The house is built on the idea and design of a boat. Hostal El Barco offers professional, ethical and family friendly attention, linked to an attractive natural environment, with comfortable rooms and healthy food. The hostel has an organoponico, where all the vegetables are consumed at dinners are grown.
The rooms and the accommodation have been designed to guarantee maximum comfort, TV with digital signal, air conditioning, fully stocked minibar, fan, 110 v power, hot and cold water 24 hours, plus a pleasant natural air that will enter through its window , it is equipped with 2 double beds, wardrobe - hanger, in addition to the cleaning and hygiene that distinguishes us, we guarantee sanitary paper, soap and towels. Independence, Privacy, Security, Tranquility, Comfort and Good Service are basic components that guarantee the satisfaction of our guests today and always.
The main characteristics that distinguish us as a family are respect, love for our work, responsibility and humanity towards other people.

Our stay in El Barco in Playa la Boca is unforgattable. Such a pleasant family and very clean rooms. Misael take us with his car where ever we want. The restaurant and the food are very good. The big breakfast was included and very comprehensive. But there's no one, how speak english, althoug we mailed beforehand with this host in english. This is a little strange.

Sehr freundliche BesitzerInnen und tolle Angestellte - super Lage - tolle Zimmer - sehr leckeres Essen - günstig
Das Hotel ist einem Schiff nachempfunden. Unser Zimmer war hell, groß und sehr sauber. Die Leute sind sehr hilfsbereit gewesen und im Hotel zugehörigen Restaurant gab es leckeres und günstiges Essen. Sie haben einen eigenen kleinen Gemüse- und Kräutergarten sowie Hühner und eine eigene Honigproduktion. Die Lage ist sehr gut: 5 min. laufen bis zum Strand. Wir haben uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen und waren dadurch in 20 min. in Trinidad oder an den Traumständen von Playa Ancón. Auf dem Weg nach Playa Ancón gibt es gute Tauch- und Schnorchelmöglichkeiten!

Ciao a tutti, abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone dal 28/12/2017 al 31/12/2017 in questa fantastica struttura, gestita da una famiglia altrettanto fantastica, sembra di essere come "a casa" veramente.
Camere spaziose e soprattutto pulite, con bagno privato, tv, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli e piastra per capelli.
La colazione è abbondante e volendo è possibile mangiare pranzo e cena direttamente sul posto in quanto hanno un piccolo ristorante, chiaramente se si è in più persone è preferibile prenotare un giorno per l'altro.
La struttura è un po' distante dal centro di Trinidad, e quindi più silenziosa e meno caotica, ma il centro può essere tranquillamente raggiungibile con taxi, sono appena 5 minuti di strada. Noi lo abbiamo preferito.
A circa 200 metri c'è una spiaggia tranquillissima con qualche ombrellone e il mare è trasparente e cristallino.
Per chi volesse fare le immersioni, potete tranquillamente chiedere a Misael che vi metterà in contatto con un centro Diving, che vi verrà a prendere, vi farà immergere in luoghi incantati e vi riporterà alla struttura.
Beh, che dire di più, siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Trinidad, soggiorneremo di sicuro ancora li, lo consiglio a tutti.
Grazie a Raidyer, Misael, Diaima, la piccola Gabriela e la figlia più grande di cui non ricordo il nome, purtroppo.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
