Private house with 5 rooms overlooking the sea from the bed, is located 40m from the beach. It has beautiful gardens with more than 300 species of plants, ideal for romantic dinners with sunset and breakfast, Cuban cocktails. The owners, Sonia and Luis welcome you with your family, to make the house your home as well.

About the Area
The house is 5 minutes from the historic city of Trinidad and 8 minutes from Ancon Beach. Located just 50m from the beach, it has rooms with ocean views from the bed.

We were in the host family many days together with many guests from different country. The most of them were angry with host family when they left their apartment.
The only good point is – the apartments itself and yard are not bad. That all.
Negative points are:
In most apartments the toilet bowl with sink is in the open space of room without door.
In the second-floor apartments you don’t have mosquito nets.
The floor in the shower and toilet area are really slippery and you don’t get towels for the floor. Cleaning of apartment is every 3-4 days and is not good.
The location is also not to be recommended. You have to pay for taxi for both, if you go to beach and if you go to Trinidad. It is better to stay in Trinidad and to pay only if you go to the beach.
But the most critical point is most critical point the owner and her daughter.
We have different negative examples for our staying and experience of other guests we met there.
The prime objective is - Owner and her daughter calculated at the end more than was agreed. They use various tricks. Also, food and water are more expensive than in restaurant. And the host family use the internet of guests. Every time you go to internet, the guest family goes also using your traffic for their video chat or live sport.Keine Empfehlung!

Хозяива придумавают разные трюки чтобы обмануть вас и содрать с вас больше чем было оговоренно. Мы жили больше двух недель в этой семье и были предупреждены другими гостями которые останавливались там на на несколько дней что хозяива обманывают в конце. Поэтому мы попытались принять меры. Не помогло. Все равно они нам насчитали намного больше чем было оговорено.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
