Colonial house in the most important and central avenue avana. It offers 2 rooms with independent entrance, bathroom, climate, mini bar and patio with garden and garage. In this house you will find a familiar environment, where Mrs. Zaida host of the house, and Idalmis the assistant to the rooms will give you the welcome due from the moment in which you will be received at the airport until the day you return home.
We are also just 10 minutes away from the central bus station Viazul. 20 minutes from the historic center and 15 minutes from the malecon habanero.
In front of our house you will also find taxis and panoramic buses that take you to the historic center.
You will also find several restaurants of Italian and Cuban cuisine, such as El cimarron and L'isola della pasta and an excellent patisserie called La vicentina.

About the Area
Our house is located near the vedado residential district. It is within easy reach of all conveniences such as wifi park area, Cuban and Italian cuisine restaurants, cigari factory, cuba film and cemetery Colon unesco heritage. Central bus station Viazul only 10 min from where also different departures taxis and vehicles throughout the island of Cuba. From the front door there is a continuous movement of taxi and panoramic bus to the historical part of the city which is only 20 minutes from our area.
Our area and neighborhood is the cleanest, safest and quietest part of Havana. Our house is always sunny and our patio, porch and garden perfect for breakfast and sip a good coffee.
Meals

We accept pets, children (a cot / crib is available).

The entire family was so welcoming and kind to us. The day after we arrived was my brother's birthday and they saw the date on his passport. We ate breakfast the next morning and they brought out a special flan at the end of our meal with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to him. We will stay with them again. Thanks everyone!
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
