Now with a COVID self-isolation suite! We have three cozy, newly-renovated bedrooms in our charming 1920's house. We are centrally located in New Westminster, close to transit to get to downtown Vancouver or Douglas College. Unfortunately, due to a contract with another homestay provider, we are unable to host single men at this time.

Hausregeln
Da wir drei Kinder haben, ist Rauchen, Trinken und Drogen auf dem Grundstück nicht gestattet. Es wird erwartet, dass die Gäste zu einer angemessenen Zeit im Haus sind und die Nacht nicht durchgehen. Gäste sind eingeladen, sich unserer Familie zum Frühstück (inklusive) oder Abendessen (gegen Aufpreis) anzuschließen. Bei längeren Aufenthalten können Sie die Wäscherei eine Nacht pro Woche nutzen.
Rauchen ist nicht gestattet.

LaRoy Family ( My family, my home) I stayed with them for 8 months, when I just came to Canada. they helped me, supported me, and were so kind to me.
My love, gratitude, respect for them can not be expressed in words or the number of hearts.

They were so nice and kind. Everything I need, such as towels, plates, and soaps was provided. Unfortunately, I was not able to talk and know them well because of self-isolation, but the homestay was great.

Great family! Children had a lot of energy and creativity. Location is perfect! Close to public transport and grocery stores. They were kind enough to let me extend my stay by a few days. The room had a lovely decor, very neat and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to stay in New Westminster.

Stephen, Heather and the kids are a great family! The rooms are so lovely and beautifully furnished. You are close to public transport, shops, gym and everything you need.

My stay with the family was super awesome.they did everything to make me feel comfortable. They always have the time to listen to my conversations and they are very helpful and kind. My room was warm and cozy and the area is always clean. The food!!!! Oh gosh,the meals they cook are awesome. Coming from a country that doesn't have these kind of "Canadian cooked" meals, Heather sought out recipes that would make the homestay guests feel at home. Their kids are wonderful and active and full of joy and that reminds me of Jamaica alot. Plus if you love cats like I do, Sheiba can come cuddle with you. I truly miss this family already.

Stephen and Heather are the best hosts you could possibly be with, I only stayed with them for 6 days, but they were angels, the kids are very friendly and the cats are very cute and cuddly. It's only because if them that my first few days in Vancouver went by smoothly. This place is just perfect. ♥️
