Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im zentralsten Teil der Stadt, mit einfachem Zugang zu verschiedenen Touristenattraktionen, nur wenige Kilometer von den Oststränden entfernt, in der Altstadt, nur 100 m vom National Capitol in südlicher Richtung, in der wir leben Meine Frau und ich, wir haben Erfahrung in der Behandlung von Gästen, wir bieten ein komfortables Zimmer mit allem Komfort, mit Bad, Klimaanlage, Fenster nach außen, sehr komfortabel. Sie können das Wohnzimmer, das Esszimmer, die Küche, die Balkone teilen, sie werden sich wie zu Hause fühlen, sehr gut aufgehoben, wir sprechen auch Spanisch, ein bisschen Englisch.

Nuestra casa se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, a 100 m del Capitolio Nacional en dirección Sur, tiene cerca teatros, museos, centros nocturnos, La Casa de la Música.
Es muy facil llegar nuestra casa, desde el aeropuerto en taxi o un autobus, como es en el mismo centro, muchas rutas de autobuses pasa por el entorno

La estancia en este alojamiento ha sido muy positiva.
Cabe destacar la impecable limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas comunes.
La hospitalidad y amabilidad de Fernando y su pareja hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa, facilitándonos las cosas en todo momento.
Las intensas conversaciones con los anfitriones también formaron parte de la interesante y entrañable convivencia.

Amazingly helpful people. Went out of their way to help me with bookings and taxis wherever I moved around Cuba.
Position is the best. Where else can you sit on a balcony and watch the sunset over the Capitalio in Habana?
Clean room, great food. It was home away from home. Excellent hosts.

We had a great time staying at Fernando and Theresa’s. Location is perfect, close to central park and Habana Vieja. We recommend adding breakfast, it’s really good. Room was clean and you will have everything you need at Fernandos :)

I had a great time at Fernando's and Teresa's house! They are both very friendly people who make you feel right at home. Fernando is very helpful with organising your trip to the next destination (as for me, he helped me figure out accommodation and transport to Viñales for a very good price) and Teresa makes the best breakfast! The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city, both Old town and Centro. I highly recommend this homestay!!

This lovely couple is just what you need after a long flight to Havana! They are both lovely and we got along well, even though my Spanish is limited. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything in the old city centre of Havana. The breakfast was the best we had in whole Cuba, different everyday and a lot of food. The shower is amazing as well, good water pressure, unlike in a lot of other homestays. The only room for improvement would be the mattress as it is quite hard (we're used to a soft mattress) and a bit uneven.

I am a 75 year old solo traveller, and stayed for 2 weeks at Teres's and Fernando's home.
The Casa is conveniently situated within walking distance of all the historical sights, museums, restaurants and shops.
The room is comfortable and spacious. All amenities are in working order. Everything is kept spotlessly clean at all times.
This Casa is special because of its hosts.
Terese's breakfasts are healthy, generous and tasty. Do try her evening meals! Better than any in town!
Fernando will organize transport, give advice, and help in any situation.
Language barriers existed, some conversations ending up in a pantomime! But we had such laughs!
Terese and Fernando helped to make my stay comfortable, safe and unforgetable.
For a good and authentic Havana experience I fully recommend this Casa.

The casa is located in the old part of Havana close to El Capitolio. The room is nice and both Theresa and Ferdando are nice people. Nice breakfast, though not included in the price as stated on homestay, it's cheap and there is lots of it. Fernando speaks a little English which helped a lot since our Spanish is very limited.
