ÜBER MICH:
Ich arbeite im Reisebüro und lebe mit meinen Eltern. Ich kann ziemlich gut Englisch sprechen. Meine Eltern sind ungefähr 60 Jahre alt und ich bin 30 Jahre alt. Wir begrüßen Familie und wir legen einen hohen Wert für unsere Gäste aus jeder Nationalität. Ich kann Ihnen einen Tagesausflug in Teheran mit meinem Auto anbieten und Ihnen auch schöne Plätze und Sehenswürdigkeiten vorstellen.

ÜBER ZUHAUSE:
Unser Haus ist 120 qm mit zwei Zimmern. Wir sind zwischen Zentrum und Norden von Teheran. Die Lage ist definitiv einzigartig, weil wir Zugang zu allem haben, was Sie sich vorstellen wie Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof (U-Bahn), schöne Parks, Wechselstube, beste Qualität Restaurants und so weiter.
U-Bahn-Station ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von unserem Haus entfernt und der Hauptbahnhof Central Station ist in der Nähe von uns. Sie sollten sich hier frei fühlen und so tun, als ob Sie bei Ihnen zu Hause wären. zum Beispiel schalten Sie TV, machen Sie Ihren Tee, nehmen Sie Wasser aus dem Kühlschrank und kochen Sie Ihr Abendessen.

What a wonderful experience we had staying with Mostafa!
Mostafa and his family are truly warm-hearted and so kind and attentive. They made our stay so easy and special!
The flat was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a very good neighborhood and just a six minute walk to the metro station. It is well situated in the city and we always felt comfortable and very safe!
Mostafa provided us with very helpful tips and guidance and was always more than happy to answer all of our questions. His English is excellent and while he was at work, his lovely mother would kindly tend to us if we needed anything. Both his father and mother, in fact the whole family (we met some of his siblings), have such a beautiful soul!
Staying with Mostafa turned a good trip into a great one that we will never forget. We felt a certain nostalgia upon leaving, even though we were only in Tehran for three days, but we felt like we had become part of the the family!
We are so grateful to have found this gem of a host and highly recommend this place to stay!April 2018

Mostafa is a real kind person. He was of help in preparing my trip. His family is very welcome. I helped a little bit in the kitchen to cook an amazing dinner with his mother. I had a good time in talking with him. The room is comfortable and the guest is respectful of privacy. If recommend for a stay in tehran.

I stayed only one night by Mostafa homestay. He was not there but he was helpful. The house is clean and the room is very quite. Mostafa's mother is very friendly and the breakfast was very good.it was a short experience, I think if I stayed more I would appreciate the stay better.
I gave 4 starts only because of the following negative point :
The homestay price is indicated in homestay as 35€. Once the reservation done we paid 15% (5euro) to homestay and was indicated that we have to pay 30€ but Mostafa asked for 35€. I had same issue with another homestay in Iran (2/4) and I think some Homestay hosts didn't understand how it's working in Airbnb, homestay...etcOktober 2017
Mustafa's parents are really nice and the place is nice, big and clean.
However, we had an issue with the price as the price indicated in Homestay is not the price eventually asked by Mustafa (around 20% more). This was explained to us in a quite unfriedly manner.

I am so happy that your problem just was money not my room and my home . before you arrive i told you the price and you accepted.and also i explain to you the rate of changing euro to rial in homestay differ with actual rate in iran and you knew this and accepted and i dont know why you are complain now and give me 3 heart.all of my guest had the same condition like you and when they accept the price by email never after that complain .by the way i hope you the best for your next vacation.

All went very well during our stay at Mostafa's place. We had a good time with him and his loving parents. Break was very much more than light and with good variation. Mostafa gave us a lot of information in good English and accompanied us to show some interesting places. We were so much attached to his family, that departing was not easy.
