Hello my name is Kai and I love Japan. I would like to open my own Japanese style cafe / restaurant in my hometown in Germany, Saxony. I would like to visit the Sushi Akademy in Tokyo and learn a lot from traditional and modern Japan. I was born in Germany, Thuringia in 1992 and lived there with my mother and brother until 1997. From 1998 I attended elementary school in my current home town of Chemnitz in Saxony and have been living in the town where my mother and grandparents were born. I love life in my extended family with many uncles, aunts and cousins, even though my grandparents have unfortunately already passed away. I plan to fly to Japan at the end of 2021 to start my work and travel there. I will complete my retraining as a restaurant specialist in September 2021 and would also like to work and learn in the catering industry in Japan. I have currently been living with my cat and my wife in a shared apartment for 4 years and we have been married for 2 years. The year of my trip abroad will be a difficult test for both of us
