Olivia is a polite, brave, smart, and pretty lady. The communication was very clear and quick to book for the initial reservation. She enjoyed Japan with her own plan every day. I was so excited to listen to her day every evening. She used the room very cleanly and respectfully. She is an ideal guest and I highly recommend her to any host.
