was a pleasure to meet Joanne after about 6 months of waiting after her initial reservation. i was impressed that Joanne was so caring. Unfortunately due to allergies, it was not possible for Joannes entire group to stay at my place and she moved to a much more expensive hotel like The Holiday Inn with her entire group for her stay here. I was disappointed that things did not work out here after so many months of messages between Joanne & I. Regardless, it underline that Joanne is a pleasant person.
