Lamberto and his wife had completely unrealistic expectations of the homestay experience. Within 24 hours of their arrival, they had lodged a complaint without ever having mentioned any dissatisfaction to us, their hosts. They appeared to be gunning for a refund from the moment I met them. We have 5 years experience in hosting and this was a first for us. This is also the first time I have ever left a negative review. Careful with these guests, they may hold you to ransom.
