Hello dear friends,
We are Paulina (mom), Byron (dad) and Byron Jr. (son). We are a typical Quito family, we like sports as much as traveling and we also enjoy cooking delicious Ecuadorian food. We would be pleased to welcome you in our home and help you with useful tips for your stay in Quito. We have two habitations to welcome our guests. Each room has a private bathroom, dressing room and a terrace overlooking the Cotopaxi volcano. We also have a nice garden with reclining hammocks and reclining chairs for sunbathing from where you can enjoy watching hummingbirds fly. Also every morning we can take you by car to take the bus that will take you to the center of the city in a few minutes. So you will enjoy the wonderful nature and tranquility of Quito in our home, at the same time that you will be connected with its busy but wonderful center.

About the Area
Our house is located in the sector of Nayón, a quiet neighborhood, safe and surrounded by nature. Within a few minutes you will find a bus stop that will take you directly to the city center. We can gladly take you to the bus stop every morning.

House Rules
We ask that you take care of our house as if it were yours. Visiting is not allowed. We ask for a guarantee of 100 USD in case of damages. At the end of your stay if all is well, we will reimburse this value.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
