Alex and Lucy, living north of Quito, with her three daughters Emily, Romina and Connie. The house is totally independent; in a place free of smog and just 10 blocks from the West Avenue (main artery leading to every part of the city); has three floors; the first floor is purely social, with two rooms, kitchen, guest bathroom and on the back have the best place where the BBQ, a wood stove and 3 hammocks for people who like reading, They can do this comfortable and quiet; the second floor has three bedrooms (with separate private bathroom, with bath cabins); living room and study room and the third floor has a master bedroom GYM and a bedroom for guests. Throughout the house there is unlimited internet 24 hours a day; Cable TV for those who like the TV and hot water.Alex is a retired and ready to travel with visitors to the place they choose person; because our country has excellent tourist attractions and small terrunio it can be in a few hours on the coast, highlands and Eastern on the same day.

About the Area
Our home is located north of the city of Quito, in a very quiet neighborhood called El Pinar Alto and lies 10 blocks of Avenida Mariscal Sucre, also known as Western Avenue; which is the largest of the city's main artery, connecting the north with the south and takes us just 10 minutes to the historic center of Quito was the first city in the world to become heritage; also from Quito you can take the main routes to go to the coast or to the east. From my home they can go to the Bicentennial Park (just 5 minutes) where you can practice physical activities like walking, jogging or cycling; or if you prefer extreme sports such as Canopy, Jumping; Raftyng; etc. I can take you to the city of Holy Water Baths, located three hours from Quito, where you can access all of these sports.

House Rules
The hours are very flexible, as long as there is communication; however advise accompanied out at night and if required the shuttle, they just need to call me, I myself will gather in the place where they choose. Smoking indoors, as no member of this family smoking is not allowed. The areas of the home such as kitchen, living room, BBQ areas are free; provided that leave things in order. If you do want to listen to music at low volumes. Do not invite strangers home, because usually people who become friends in a bar, people are not legit.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
