I live in Quito in a privileged place has an excellent location, where everything is close, the apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and a beautiful view of the whole city, the whole where we live has spacious spaces and beautiful green areas . We live my four year old daughter beautiful and very sociable, I work in a tissue bank part time so I have a lot of time to share with my guests, and teach them a little more about our culture and hospitality. We love to dance with my baby near the neighborhood where we live there is a sports complex where they teach us dancing for free. We love watching movie go to the pool and park.
I am sure that the stay will be pleasant and unforgettable and you can feel at home.

About the Area
Our home is located in the northern center of Quito, in a prime residential area. Many landmarks of the city can be reached on foot, and only ten minutes by bus from the Mariscal and Place Foch, many tranportes and ranks you guisran fast the busiest and sights of the city and all it is quite handy.
The set where we live has a lot of security, and is very comfortable, and I love it because it has many green areas and is situated in a central location accessible to all.

House Rules
I'm not very strict about the rules of the house, but I like to stay mutual respect, and in the house does not smoke or liquor ingested improperly because I have a baby, they can use the kitchen and leave it clean when you finish using it, and as we all get along I think there is no problem with anything else.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
