A double storey family home just 5 minutes away from the outskirts of Lautoka town, Viti Levu, Fiji. Currently residing at the residence is a family of 2 Adults & 3 children below the age of 17. We' d like to welcome into our family a long term foreign exchange student who wishes to find a safe and secure environment during their academic years in Fiji. Inclusive with our hospitality is 2 meals Mon-Fri. 3 meals on weekends. Self Laundry & guest bathroom. 1 Car park, electronic gate & biometric entry access. 1 fully ventilated room consisting of a double bed with bedding, a study table & chair, small wardrobe & tall boy drawer. English ,hindi & fijian spoken household may be of assistance to our borders. A culture of practicing islamic background open for observation as well. We hope to gain similar experience from our guest whilst obtaining a lasting friendship upon their departure. Payment Via Payoneer only. Full deposit upon booking. 30% cancelation fees 2 weeks pior to expected date of arrival. 50% cancelation fees after expected date of arrival.

House Rules
1. Not allowed of outside guest , pets, smoking, drinking, drugs, abusive, foul language & behavior, damage to the property, pork or non halal food cooked or bought to the table.
2. Proper dress code to be observed whilst outside their bedroom.
3. Noise pollution control
4. Respect for the residing family's religious values without interference.
5. Avoid entry into premises after 9pm during week days.
6. Long term guest have access to remote gate controller, biometric entry to door, laundry, & kitchen usage for allocated hours, 1 car park provision, interraction with residing family's guest, parties, invites, outings & religious functions.
7. Usage to guest bathroom only for the duration of your stay to all guest & borders. Whilst maintaining it in proper order at all times. Long term borders will be responsible for the cleaning of the bathroom once per week.
8. Due to young children on premises, appreciate your understanding , proper reflecting behaviors towards providing a safe environment for all children.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
