I have a furnished room for rent for only one person, in a four-room apartment without visiting rights .
The apartment is located less than 10 minutes from Aalto University and no more than 15 minutes from the center of Helsinki, there are shopping centers and bus stops no more than 700 meters away.
I speak Spanish, English, Finnish and Russian.

House Rules
Please read the house rules carefully !
1.Shake off your shoes before entering the apartment to prevent dirt, stones and scratches on the floor.
2.No Parties or Events!
3. The room is for only one person!
4. No walking with your shoes inside the home.
5.Visits are not allowed!
6. No Smoking!
7. Check in between 12:00-21:00 pm, check out before 12:00 pm, No exception times unless discussed with the host in advance!
8. Quiet time after 21:00-06:00 !
9.Lost key is subject to 295 eur extra charge!
10.You cannot register the place as your personal address without the owner's authorization !
11)The use of the sauna is 10 eur extra per hour!
12)The use of the living room is not included without the authorization of the host!
13)The use of the washer and dryer is 10 eur extra per hour!
14)The lights in unused areas should be kept off.
15.The maximum time to use the shower or bathroom is one hour and no more than three times a day,except for rare exceptions in that case you must inform to the host!
16.You must keep the door of your room close!
17.Kitchen use is only for one person at a time and for no more than one hour of use per time!
18)It is forbidden to bathe in the half bath,you have to use the shower!
If you have doubts or question about the rules, do not hesitate to talk to the host!
Smoking Rules
Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
