Balaruc is a nice city 8 km from the Sea and we live 1 km from the lake. You can use home pool, bikes to ride in the amazing surroundings, along the lake with flamingos, and to the next typical villages. Mussels and oysters are some of the specialities. Commercial center is 10 mn walking from home and there are busses to go to Sète ( 8 km) exceptional city with channels between lake and sea. Montpellier is 20 mn by train or 30 mn by car. You will enjoy the historical quarter and a cocooning atmosphere sitting out of a bar on one of the charming places. Lots of activities to do around Balaruc, cultural and sporty! I am working at home with babies I look after in the days from Monday to Friday, and I have time to share with you ! I also give French lessons. My husband is working out of home, our 2 daughters are studying abroad, one in Canada and one in Scotland, our son is 18 and is studying in Montpellier so he is often at home. We never get bored and often meet our friends :)

No smoking at home; no pets; quiet after 11pm; family times for meals; light breakfast included in orice. Full breakfast 5 eu, extra meal for half board or full board 8 eu.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
