Located on the beautiful French Riviera in Juan Les Pins (with sandy beaches). This modern and fully furnished apartment is only a few steps away from the local market where every morning you can discover all the fresh products France has to offer (fruits, vegetables, cheese, fish, flowers…)
Within a 5min walk you will reach the first beach (sandy) of the city and would be ready for a dive into the Mediterranean Sea with the mountains in the background.
There are restaurants just down the street within a 10 mins walk. You will also find all kinds of shops and a large selection of bars and restaurants.
If you come by car, there are free parking spaces less than 2 min walk from the house and I will help you locate the best places to leave the car for free ;-)
I speak English, French and Spanish and little bit Italian and am here at your service to help you in organize an unforgettable holiday at the famous French Riviera.

Shashank is a very welcoming and friendly host . He picked me up at the train station, showed me around generously during my stay , and shared his wonderful coffee and a even a great breakfast one time .The Appartment is conveniently situated both close to the train station as well a the beach . My room was big and very sunny, having a small terrace with a narrow but still lovely view or sea. My stay was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the wonderful beaches . I also really enjoyed my conversations with Shashank .
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
