Accommodation with its own entrance, on the ground floor of my house with living room, bathroom and separate toilet, shared kitchen.
I provide travelers with a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle in their living room and they also have access to my kitchen with a hob and electric oven.
You can enjoy the garden. You are in the countryside while being 12 km from Paris.
You have the tram 400 meters away which takes you to the RER B or E, you are 30 minutes from the center of Paris and 20 minutes from Roissy CDG airport.
You have all the shops at your disposal, a swimming pool, a cinema, the Sevran forest 1 km away for beautiful walks as well as the Ourcq canal. During the period of the Olympic Games in Paris, from July 21 to August 10, 2024, the rental rate is multiplied by 3.

About the Area
Our home is located in a very quiet residential area. You have transport 400 meters from the house as well as shops nearby. CDG Charles de Gaulle airport is 20 minutes by transport (T4, RER B and E) from the house. You are 20 minutes from the center of Paris by public transport. Easy to park on the street.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
