NB - the apartment is currently being refurbished. I will not be accepting bookings until the work is complete and I can post new photographs in March 2024.
This two bedroom apartment is the top (second) floor of a traditional “maison Mentonaise”, situated in a quiet courtyard, at the end of a small pedestrian alleyway off Avenue de Sospel. It is located close to central Menton and all local amenities and tourist facilities are close by.
It is unusual to get such a quiet and secluded location so close to Menton town centre, with such convenient transport links along the Riviera and to Nice Airport. The beach is less than five minutes away.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living room, a main bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in nook. There is a A/C, TV, wireless internet and music system.
Maximum accommodation is 4 people.
Long or short stays possible. Suitable for student rentals for Sciences Po University and Monaco University.

Rates from €25 - €100 per night depending on time of year and whether you want the entire apartment or room only. Rates for longer term rentals on request.
Bed linen, cleaning, wifi and towels included.
An additional €150 security deposit is required on arrival - returned on departure (assuming no major damages!).
Arrive or depart any day of the week. Arrivals are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday. €50 supplement for arrival outside these hours.
Monaco Grand Prix weekend €200 supplement.

About the Area
Our homestay is the perfect location when visiting Menton. Once you confirm your booking you will get an email with our complete address so you won't have any problems finding us.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Your host is a non-smoker.
Smoking is not allowed.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
