Active retired couple, speaking English, German and Russian, we will be delighted to make your stay in Paris pleasant and to facilitate the realization of your wishes.
Room of 11 m2, quiet, in an apartment of 105 m2, on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a building on a pedestrian alley, ideally located (3 minutes from the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, 5 minutes from the picturesque rue de Belleville, close to 2 metro stations).
Bed 140X190. Baby bed available. Private bathroom. Toilets. Formula with or without breakfast, according to your choice. Small balconies.
Price per night varies according to the number of people: €60 for one person and €70 for two. Price does not include tourist tax, which must be paid on arrival, and the amount of which is set by the city of Paris (€2.60 per night and per person in 2025).

Located in the north of Paris, a few minutes from the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, our building overlooks a pedestrian walkway. Close to 2 metro stations (Buttes-Chaumont and Jourdain), bus lines and self-service bicycle stations. Shops nearby and picturesque rue de Belleville 5 mins walk.

If cancellation is notified one month before arrival, you will be refunded the amount you paid less a flat rate of 10% of the reservation amount.

Séjour super chez Anne et François . Ils sont accueillants et toujours prêts à vous aider. Le petit déjeuner qu’ils préparent est délicieux . Le literie est propre et confortable. A recommander.

I recommend Anne and Francois 100% They are very kind-hearted, polite as well as helpful with Paris information. The room and bathroom are super clean, private and comfortable. Plus they provide a yummy breakfast too. I also really enjoyed being in the 19th Arrondissement - it's got the funk factor and is very well located to jump on the metro. I'd revisit this homestay in a heartbeat. It's fantastic. I actually miss them! Merci beaucoup Anne et François!

Anne and Francoise were wonderful hosts, and have a lovely clean apartment. They were most helpful, assisting us to find our way around on the Metro and the local area. The breakfasts were delicious. We highly recommend them as hosts to anyone coming to Paris.

Our first experience being hosted. In a foreign country, no less. It went super well, thanks to the great hosts that Anne and François proved to be.
They were both extremely helpful during our whole stay. They offered tons of suggestions for our itineraries. Both of them proved to be superb hosts!September 2023
Anne et François sont des hôtes très gentils et ils se sont nous présentés très serviables. Chaque matin ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuné formidable et le bain est très propre et de style. La chambre est "gemütlich" (il n'y a pas de mot en français: "cosy" en anglais). Dans la rue il n'y a pas de voitures, mais des arbres.
Pendant la canicule (35 °C) les hôtes nous ont régulièrement offerts des bouteilles d'eau froide et François a gonflé la roue de notre vélo pliant. Nous avons fait plusieurs conversations interessantes avec eux entre porte et porte en français et en allemand. Il y a une chatte qui ne parle ni le français ni l'allemand et qui se tient poliment au fond de la scene ;)
Nous recommandons le logement chez Anne et François vivement!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
