About the Area
Our house is located near the centre of Paris Rive Gauche in a quiet and safe area (near Les Catacombes).
We are 30 / 45 minutes drive or train from the airport.
The tram system has three stops which take just 5 / 10 minutes walk from the house and also the three bus stops, with lots of bus options using these stops.
There are a lot of cafes, bars, restaurants, specialists shops, fashion boutiques, markets, post office, drugstores, taxi station,…nearby.

A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood--the 14th arrondisement, with its parks, restaurants and history of housing artists. We didn't have to leave it to feel we were experiencing Paris. Loan is a warm, friendly host and responds quickly to any communication.

Our host gave us privacy whilst making sure that we were comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. She lives on a quiet street that is close to the train station and many shops, cafes and restaurants. She also provided coffee and fresh bread for us each morning. We enjoyed our stay and would stay with Loan again.

I booked Sicre's home for our young adult children and cousins and they had a wonderful stay. Sicre's home is in a great location; easy to get to and in a safe area, at walking distance to lots of sights. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and with a lovely garden. Sicre is kind and welcoming. We highly recommend and I hope one day to stay there myself!

Sicre's place is just a five minutes' walk away from the Metro on a quiet street. The bedrooms and the bathroom are large and very clean. Sicre is very friendly and helpful - and there is art everywhere in her house. I really enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
