About the Area
Our house takes place in a quiet area, close to public transportations, the lake (20 min by foot, 3 min by bike) and close to the mountains (the first ski station is at 30 min by car or bus).
We are very very close to different shops (supermarket, restaurants....)

Non-smoking accommodation, pets not accepted, no parties please.
The arrival time is adaptable according to the needs, can be done from 5:30 p.m. on Friday and whenever on Saturday.
Departure time is 11:00 am.
It is requested to take care of the living spaces, and to respect the calm between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Breakfasts and dinners are possible, on request (prices to be discussed).
All amenities are available to you, respecting everyone's privacy and conviviality.
WIFI access is at your disposal, within the limits of legal use of the internet connection.
We ask that you return the premises in the same condition as you found them.
Because we do the best we can for our environment, we ask guests to avoid unnecessary lighting, to take care of water consumption, to sort waste, and to only throw toilet paper in the toilet. .
A parking space, right next to the house is at your disposal. (very quiet area).
The room is in our place of life, where we live as a family (4 people). You are asked not to receive guests.
Finally, we will be happy to receive you, and will do everything for your comfort. Beyond the pleasure of meeting you, we thank you in advance for sharing with us the points for improvement.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
