Private room in the heart of a charming farmhouse (parquet floor upstairs on the landing and in the rooms, floor tiles, beautiful stones, fireplaces and exposed beams).
The house of 190 m² in total is nestled in a beautiful green setting with terrace, patio, porch and pool.
At the heart of the Marais poitevin, it has not forgotten to be functional with broadband Internet connection, kitchen (oven, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, etc.) and furnished, the living room, the dining room and the office / library will be shared spaces to enjoy moments of relaxation or concentration.
The proximity of the navigable channels of the Vieille-Autise will allow walks on foot, mountain bike or canoe (subject to the mood and kindness of the owner ;-)).
The monthly rate indicated includes a monthly provision on charges.
In the case of accommodation with child (ren), the use of a second (large) room may be considered, after study.

Longere in a small quiet village, basic shops (bakery, post office ...) 2 km, nearest supermarket about 10 km.
Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
- The organization of parties or invitation of third persons inside the house can be done only with the agreement of the owner,
- Except explicit agreement of the owner, any noise nuisance must be interrupted from 22h for the tranquility of the residents of the house
- No smoking inside the house
- Cleaning and maintenance of the private room must be carried out every week, at the expense of the tenant
- The cleaning and maintenance of the shared parts will have to be done each week jointly by all the residents of the house (owner and tenant)
- Each inhabitant, tenant and owner is responsible for the daily cleaning of the dishes used (a dishwasher is available for this use).
Smoking Rules

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
