About the Area

Housing estate in a suburb of Cologne, many bus connections to the city center and from there it is only 20 minutes to Cologne city center or the Cologne trade fair. Forest and hiking trails also in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket is a 3-minute bus ride or a 15-20-minute walk away. There are mosques nearby and also two churches. A local recreation area can also be reached on foot in 15 - 20 minutes, there is also a very well-known and popular day spa called "Mediterana". This is also easy to reach within about 10 minutes by bus no. 455, which leaves almost directly in front of the front door.

House Rules

We ask all guests to tidy up and clean up behind them. We have a cat, he loves visitors, so if you have any allergies or don't like cats, please do not book with us. It is important to make sure that the cat does not run outside when coming in or going out. Smoking is basically possible, but please only on the balcony, not in the apartment, please dispose of the cigarette butts afterwards, do not throw them on or off the balcony. For the key we need a deposit (ID card/driver's license/etc.) or 100€, which will of course be returned when the key is returned. Since it is a locking system key, the loss would be enormous, hence this precaution. The handing over of the keys will be arranged individually, as I do shift work and only know when I have to work a maximum of one week in advance, I ask for your understanding.

How do I book?

Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.

When do I pay?

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.

When can I share my contact details?

Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
