Our house is located in Steinhude, 30km from Hannover City. It is a small quiet village with friendly people, and a lake. You would have your own room, and share the rest of the house with a working mother and her 18 year old daughter. We would love to have a young student from abroad. Of course you would have your own key to make the plans you want, but we would also love to share some moments together. We speak German and Spanish and are open for any other languages and cultures to learn from you!

About the Area
Our house is located in front of the windmill. In our village you can get everywhere by bike. The Bus station is 3 minutes walking. To get to Hannover city you can go by car, or take the train in Wunstorf where you can get easily by bus or bike.

House Rules
We don't have strict house rules, but we want to live respectfully with one and other. We expect that you clean the kitchen by your self after using it. Same for every shared part in the house. But we are also open for talking and cook and clean together. If you smoke you can go in the garden, where we have covered chairs and a table. In general we want you to feel at home, so you can bring guests. About details we like to communicate directly to one and other, so everyone feels good.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
