A cosy Apartment located in central Athens. It's located at 4th floor and has a lift (elevator).
I’m alone and You are going to book a private rooms in a shared apartment. (Kitchen, living room, Dining room and WC are shared)
There are 4 rooms, 3 rooms are to let and
one room's belong to me namely, I also live in the same flat.
each room has a set of key for gate, entrance door and the room.
The room has a shared balcony with table and seating overlooking the square from the 4th floor with view to Lycabettus Hill.
Sunny bedroom with queen-size bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and side cabinets with wardrobe.
It has ceiling fan and air-conditioning/heating.
Shares items:
Kitchen, Dining/Living room/ 1 big WC and 1 Small WC.
Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, TV, Radio and Internet access.
Price & capacity:
It can accommodate 2 guests, the first guest's charge is €25 and €10 more for the extra guest. There’s 20% discount for weekly and 30% for the monthly stay.

About the Area
A Cosy Apartment located in central Athens with views from the balcony over Victoria Square.
There’re plenty of dining and shopping options in the neighborhood.
All within walking distance, less than 1 minute to the metro station, 2 minutes to the bus station, 5 minutes to the Archaeological museum and 10 minutes to the Intercity train station for going to the North of Greece or Bulgaria.
Direct metro from the Piraeus port in case you’re coming from the Islands and also metro connection from the Airport which you have to change the line at Monastiraki Station.
Only 1 stops to the Omonia Sq. and 2 stops to the Monastiraki Sq. where the Acropolis is located.

Javad est très accueillant, avec un grand sens de l’hospitalité (et de l’humour). Il est disponible pour toute information, toute aide ou démarche, et attentif au confort de ses hôtes. La chambre est très propre, agréable avec un balcon fleuri donnant sur la jolie et calme place Viktoria (station métro). Une adresse qui laisse de bons souvenirs.

Un accueil très chaleureux avec un verre d’amitié , quelqu’un de conviviale a votre écoute, explique très bien les démarches sur le plan des transports , la chambre est très bien aérée avec la climatisation, spacieuse avec une grande terrasse pour se restaurer, libre de rentrer à n’importe quelle heure, proche du centre avec une vue imprenable sur la colline de Licabeth un endroit à faire je vous le recommande , d’ailleurs j’ai prolongé mon séjours dans cet appartement

Javad is great, not to mention his friends. The apt is fantastically located and nice. I also tried homy Iranian food, very nice too. Hope I´ll return soon.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
