Our apartment in Ilisia has been completely renovated in 2022 for Homestay. We also live in a separated part in the same apartment with our two cats, so we are there in case you need something, but leave you some space on the other hand.
The room is one of the two guestrooms in the apartment. The bathroom is shared with two other guests maximum, who might be staying in the next room. If we have no other guests for the duration of your stay, then the bathroom will be all yours.
The part of the balcony belonging to your room is separated by plants from the other room's part.
The room is equipped with anything you might need. There are some basic plates and cutlery, a minibar, very fast wifi, towels and hair dryer.
We check and clean the bathroom everyday and replace the dirty plates whenever you need them. For longer stays it is possible to change the linens and towels.
Whether you want to easily reach the lively spots of Athens, day or night and relax after a tiring day sitting on the balcony, or spend some quiet time and work in your room, you can find what you are looking for here.
Our flat is located in Ilisia, 5 minutes away from the Megaro Moussikis metro station. Syntagma Square, where the parliament is located, could be reached by 20 minutes walk via the wide Leof Vasilissis street surrounded by many notable museums.
The neighborhood itself is very quite and safe, also offering multiple dining options, if you don't feel like going further away.

Our Check-In time is between 13:00-22:00 and Check-Out time is until 11:00.
All guests must be at least 18 years old.
All the guests are required to provide their IDs during check-in.
Payment:
Upon comleting your booking, you will be given bank details to transfer the reservation amount. We have flexible cancellation until 1 week before your arrival date and you will be refunded total amount minus transfer fees. Cancellations within 1 week are non-refundable.
There is a security deposit of 300 euros to be paid latest on your arrival, to be refunded at check out upon inspection.

House Rules
-Our Check-In time is between 13:00-22:00 and Check-Out time is until 11:00.
-All guests must be at least 18 years old.
-All the guests are required to provide their IDs during check-in.
-Smoking is strictly forbidden. The guests who violate this rule, are subject to fines.
-Noise laws requiring quiet from 10 at night to 7:30 in the morning – and the traditional two-hour nap period from 3:00 in the afternoon until 5:30 are in effect in Greece.
-Check whether balcony doors are closed properly before going out.
-Do not throw toilet papers and sanitary pads etc. into the toilet. Use the bin instead. Please respect the other guests that are also using the bathroom. Leave it as you have found it. Do not leave your personal stuff in the bathroom.
-Do not clean your make up with the towels.
-Be respectful to our neighbors and other guests in the next room.
-Do not hesitate to contact us, if you need any help or think something is missing.
-Let us know, if something is broken, damaged, stained etc.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
