How do I provide this information?

The required information can be completed within your Host account. Homestay.com will identify and send emails and reminders to reportable sellers to ensure you complete the required information.

To provide the taxpayer information please: 

1. Log in to your Host account.
2. Select Account from the User Menu (top right).
3. Under Regulatory Compliance, fill in the required fields including your residency Tax identification number (TIN).
   • If you do not have a TIN, you must enter your place of birth.
4. Review and confirm that your information is correct.
5. Select Save.
