Our homestay is far from the polluted city life yet close to the city itself. We have ensured all the basic needs are met at our homestay and with a complete amenities such as swimming pool, Gym, Tennis court, 24hrs security, water & electricity (lighting). Its a non-AC home.
We are a family of 5 members - Parents, me, wife & our kid. While our home is at the heart of the city, We use the homestay more as a relaxing home, away from living home. We are yoga enthusiasts and have keen interest in ancient Indian culture & Wisdom. We are happy to making new friends round the globe.

About the Area
Our house is located about 1Km from the Art Of Living Yoga & Spiritual Centre. About 26kms away from the Bengaluru citi centre towards south, on the Kanakapura road and 5.8Kms from Nice Ring road junction. Its a quite, safe & secured (24hrs security) integrated township by the Brigade group. There is a regular bus service by Brigade Meadows to Banashankari (South Bangalore) Bus stand. Its an ideal place for those who seek quite, relaxed and pollution free location. Far from the congested & polluted city life yet close to the Bengaluru City - A quick weekend getaway. Pyramid Valley International is about 15.7Kms ahead - around 25mins Drive.
Eatouts - Most of the daily needs - from Milk & milk products to groceries is available within the campus 2mins walk from the house. Just outside the campus, next to main gate is the Cafe Coffee Day. Next to it is the Thavaru Mane Thindi Hotel (Including Ragi Ball meals). MTR Restaurant is about 1Km towards Art Of Living.
As it is an integrated township, it includes Swimming Pool, Club House (Gym, Yoga & Party Hall), Tennis Court, Walk Path, Kids Play area. 24hrs security, water and electricity supply is available.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
Banana, Cereals & Milk will be provided as part of Breakfast. We are strictly vegetarian (that excludes eggs too). Drinking water is provided as a common mineral water Can (20Lts). Fridge, AC, Washing machine & Television (yes, we encourage to avoid watching TV) are NOT available in the homestay.
Entry to Swimming Pool is strictly with a swimming costume (with a head cap) for both men & women and Children. One bicycle is available on request if needed.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
