A cozy stay with all amenities required like air conditioning, Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, Refrigerator, sofa and table in the living room and comfortable room with attached bathroom with shower and hot water, the kitchen has an oven, sandwich maker and cutleries, RO+UV drinking water will be provided in bottles, Daily housekeeping too.
Apart from the stay, the building has a parking space and CCTV surveillance for safety, I and my Husband Rahul lives in the same building, my husband is into real estate, I run a coworking space in the same area, so morning till evening we both will be busy at work, we would love to meet our guests in the evenings, but we also respect our guests privacy, so if they need us we are always available on the phone too to help them with anything.
Our stay is located in JP Nagar, Bangalore, it is an amazing place surrounded by various hangout places and restaurants of all cuisines are available, Bangalore's largest malls like royal Meenakshi mall, vega city mall, Gopalan Mall, and central mall are just 10-15mins away from our stay, Hospitals and medical shops are just walkable distance, all major Banks and ATM's are located within 500 meters, it is an ideal location for everything you need in a city.
There are Various Public transports like Buses, Metro stations, Autos, Cabs.

About the Area
Our house is located in the most developed area in Bangalore, Daily needs like supermarkets, grocery stores, shopping, Malls, Play areas, parks, hospitals, ATM's and all variety of cuisine restaurants are at a walkable distance/ maximum 5-10 mins away for malls.
Public transportation is easily available like Autos, Buses, and Cabs, Metro stations ( Yelachenahalli and JP Nagar stop) are only 2kms away from the house.
Neighbourhood is safe for families, couples, women travellers and friends

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
